Online ordering requires a credit card. We accept
Visa, MasterCard and America Express. Place all the items you wish to purchase into
your shopping cart. This can be done from the item page by pressing the 'ADD to
Shopping Cart' button. If you do not see a button on an item page, then this item
has been placed on backorder and is not currently available. All items with an 'ADD'
button are available for purchase. Once you have your shopping cart filled, press
the 'Check Out' button from the shopping cart page.
The first page of the check-out section will ask you for the address to
ship your order. The next page will give you the total of your order including
shipping and any taxes. Here you will be ask for the billing information.
Please use a correct e-mail address as this is how you will receive
information to track your order.
If you would like to make any comments, a box is
provided for you to leave a message. Press the 'Yes: Place Order' button and you
will be taken to a page with your receipt. You have completed the order process and a
confirmation will be sent to your e-mail to let you know it was received. Thank you.
Order by Phone
Orders placed by phone may pay by credit card or payment may
be mailed to our office. Please be ready to provide us with the shipping address and
billing information. Don't
forget we need the size, color and style of the item as well as the item number. Our
operators are willing to help you through this process and make it as easy as possible.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped via 'UPS. Deliveries shipped via 'UPS' takes 7-10
days. This is the most efficient and secure way to ship the order to
you. All orders will normally be shipped the next business day from the time
the order is placed. All orders outside the US must use the International shipping option
and will be shipped USPS.

* NOTE: All P.O. boxes or Military APO addresses are shipped via USPS. Use the option for
'Military APO's' during check-out and we will ship your order 'Priority Mail' for you at
no extra cost.
How to Exchange an Item
We offer 'FREE' exchange (within 30 days or receipt) of any unused item
ordered from us. Simply fill out the enclosed Return/Exchange Form, return the
item to us and we will ship the replacement item to you at our cost.

How to Return an Item
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Any returns received after
30 days will receive a store credit only. Only unworn items with tags attached may be
returned or exchanged. There is a 15% restocking charge on returns that will be billed to
your credit card. Returns for store credit and exchanges are not subject to a restocking
fee (this does not include the shipping costs).

Items returned to our office or without the Return/Exchange Form may not be
processed properly, please be sure to include and completely fill out this form.
